“We loved the area. We loved having access (just a few blocks) to the ferry to go into Norfolk. The unit was just what we wanted: quiet, plenty of room for us with two bedrooms. Kitchen had all we needed. Loved the outside veranda especially in the morning. ”

On the check in day, I never received any communication from the host to provide the door code and the booking said check in was 2pm but host stated it was 4pm which was an issue because we got there at 3pm but she was finishing up when we pulled up. 2. The door did not lock and we couldn’t leave so she had to come back and change the battery. 3. There was a dirty pot...

“This location is great for a couple that wants to get away for a quiet weekend. The views of the lake were awesome! We didn’t get to use the fire pit because it was raining. Contact with the host was outstanding. All responses were within 5 minutes of us reaching out. ”
